Location is very good. All very clean.
Too cold in the room, which would be solved with an additional blanket for the night. But there was no rug in the room. Coffee for breakfast was dreadful.

Great location, restaurants and shopping opportunities quickly accessible, the sights are also quickly and easily accessible. Price performance is okay, you can not expect luxury. Breakfast is typically Italian, 2 types of sausage, 1 cheese, fruit and yoghurt, it is enough to start the day.
The ventilation in the bathroom was not working

Incredibly beautiful views of inner courtyard and more than adequate and great breakfasts with meusli and croissants, as example.

The best part of the hotel is its location, close to the train station, on the main street and easy access to Vaporato and other tourist hangouts. Walking distance to Rialto Bridge and other activities.
We arrived very early in the morning by train and were disappointed that the hotel was locked. After a bit of banging we got in. The breakfast was very basic, for similar room rates we had much better breakfast.

This is a great buy. No one can expect better in Venice for that price. People have criticized the breakfast, but believe me, in more expensive hotels it is the same. This is how breakfast is in Italy. Great geographical situation, walking distance to everything and close to the calm streets and canals of Canareggio for those who are not first timers in Venice.
The coffee could be better. The air conditioning is noisy. You can turn the latter off when your room is cooled and good coffee, you can get it anywhere on the street.

The location was great, right in the heart of the city and the room had a great view of the canal.
